Hartfield Academy presents the 9th annual Hart & Soul Fall Festival Fundraiser!

We could not be more excited for the 9th annual Hart & Soul Fundraiser for Hartfield Academy! This Hartfield Parent Association sponsored event will be fun for the whole family and will include carnival games, treats, fun activities, and much more! 
 
Our last Hart & Soul Fundraiser event, in 2021, raised over $58,000 for Hartfield - this year, we hope to raise even more. This year’s Hart & Soul event on October 13th will be one you don’t want to miss. The Fall Festival will take place at our Main Campus from 5:30 pm - 8:00 pm, and will include endless opportunities for family fun! We can’t wait to see all of you at our Fall Festival on Thursday, October 13th!
Please be aware of these important announcements regarding Hart & Soul:
Buy Armbands for entry!
Purchase a student armband for your child to play games, enjoy bounce houses, and receive prizes.  Student armbands are for any child in grades K3-12. All children 2 and under get in free. Adult armbands include admission to the event only. Purchase your armbands online here. The deadline to preorder armbands will be this Sunday, October 2nd.

Preordered discount price:
  • Child/Student Armband: $25
  • Adult Armband: $5
At the gate:
  • Child/Student Armband: $30
  • Adult Armband: $10


Upper School, join us for the kickball tournament!
6th - 12th grade can sign up to participate using this link. Our tournament will be held on the baseball field beginning at 5:30 PM. A student admission armband is required to play! Purchase your student armband here.


We need volunteers!
Hart and Soul 2022 is going to be fun for all our students, faculty, staff, and families at Hartfield and we would be so thankful for your willingness to serve to help make this event the best it can be!
Here you'll find dates/times and places we need volunteers. Event Volunteers are scheduled in 30-minute time slots. If you are able to serve more than 30 minutes or multiple days, we would be so grateful! 


Sign Up for our Annual Bake Sale!
Do you love baking sweet treats? We would love to use your items for the Hart & Soul bake sale! All parents are invited to participate!
 
All baked goods must be turned in to Hartfield by 8 A.M. on October 13th. We will be picking up items at carpool to make it easy on you! We will then package all items to be ready for the Bake Sale. For more details or if you would like to sign up, please use this link.

Wear your Hart & Soul t-shirt to school on October 13th!
Hart & Soul t-shirts and preordered armbands will be sent home with your student on Wednesday, October 12th. Your Hart & Soul t-shirt can be worn with Dennis Uniform bottoms to school on the day of the event. 

Upper School students, bring candy or 2-liter soda bottle for a dress-down day!
High School students, purchase candy from the Hart & Soul Amazon wishlist here. Select your item, select the gift registry address "Katie Jones' for shipping and you're all set!
Middle School students, purchase 2 liter soda bottles for the kids' favorite fall festival game, Soda Bottle Toss. The student's name must be labeled on the drink. If you drop off a bottle, please fill out this form.
