About Us

Employment

In most minds, a school is an institution where students learn about subject matters like English, Math, History, and Science under the advisement of teachers and a church is an institution where people learn about God under the advisement of a pastor. They separate core subject teaching from Biblical teaching. But that is not how we do things here.

We have a unique employee culture.

Like all greats schools, we strive to hire the best. We value top degrees, integrity, excellence, and respect. But what is special about Hartfield Academy is how we educate students.

Our vision is to see every student pursue their God-given purpose and we believe that is possible when those leading them are pursuing a similar purpose of their own. With this approach, the Lord continues to bless our efforts, expand our impact, and change the lives of the students and families in our school.
