We are excited to welcome you to the Hartfield family! We are committed to your child's academic success and spiritual development and are thankful you have chosen Hartfield to partner with you. Hartfield is a covental Christian school. We seek to partner with families where at least one parent is a believer in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, and they are actively attending a local Christian church, in person on a regular basis.

We have divided our admissions process into the steps you see below and we are here to walk alongside you as you navigate the process. If you have any questions, please contact our Admissions Director at 601-992-5333.

  • Step 1: Inquiry

    Please fill out this inquiry form as the first step in your application.

  • Step 2: Login to our Online Community

    After speaking with our Admissions Director, she will send you a login to our Online Community where you can begin your application.

  • Step 3: Complete Checklist Items

    After logging into our Online Community, you will see a check list of to do items that have been assigned to you. Some of the items included on this list will be a Pastoral Recommendation, Birth Certificate, School Records, etc. You will complete each step, finishing with Placement Testing and an Interview.

Hartfield Academy is fully accredited by Cognia, the MidSouth Association of Independent Schools (MAIS), and the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI).
