Hartfield Parents "Share the Love" With HPA!

This month, the Hartfield Parent Association encouraged parents to "Share the Love" within the Hartfield community. How does one do that, you ask? The answer is simple: by using their gifts to serve Hartfield families and staff through HPA. Signups for the 2021-2022 school year are already underway, so don't miss the chance to get involved!
Hand-in-hand with the vision of Hartfield, the Hartfield Parent Association works to build up parents and staff academically, emotionally, and spiritually. The strongest communities are those that have a deep and abiding connection between its members - HPA's aim is to build and solidify the ever-important relationships between parents and Hartfield faculty and staff.

No matter your ability, there is a place for you in HPA. With the next school year already on the horizon, the Hartfield Parent Association has their sights set on assembling the perfect teams to partner with God in His plan for Hartfield families, faculty, and staff in 2021 and beyond. You can fill out your information here to get started, but in the meantime, take a look at HPA's exciting array of service opportunities:
  • Back to School - Parents who would be willing to help with back to school orientations, new student orientations, setting up photo booths, etc. (Time sensitive - this team needs volunteers willing to get started as early as this summer!)
  • Navigators - Current families who are paired with a new family to help new families during their first year here at Hartfield. (Time sensitive - this team needs volunteers willing to get started as early as this summer!)
  • Parent Grade Sponsors - Upper school parents for 6th through 12th graders will help organize special activities for their child's specific grade.
  • Teacher Birthdays - Parents who would be willing to help organize and distribute staff birthday gifts for each month.
  • Teacher Luncheons - Parents who will help set up, clean up, decorate, serve food, or sit with students for teacher luncheons.
  • Teacher Appreciation Week - Parents who will be willing to help organize, distribute, and serve special treats to teachers during teacher appreciation week.
  • Moms In Prayer - Moms who would be willing to lead, organize, and participate in our moms prayer group.
  • Hart & Soul Silent Auction - Parents who would be willing to help collect, organize, and set up our silent auction.
  • Hart & Soul Festival - Parents who would be willing to help with organizational, setup, and decorative duties involved with our yearly festival.
  • Family Care - Parents who would be willing to take the lead and organize meals, gift baskets, or other needs for Hartifeld families is times of loss or need.
  • Counselor Day - Parents who would be willing to organize, set up, serve, and clean up a special meal for our counselors.
  • Spirit Shop/Receptionist - Parents who would be willing to volunteer to run the Spirit Shop and Receptionist Desk when substitutes are needed.
