Hartfield Third-graders Bring History to Life with their Living Wax Museum

As tradition continues, students at Hartfield brought history to life during a living wax museum presentation on February 23, 2024. All five third-grade classes participate in this event - as well as family and friends. Visitors get the chance to “meet” influential American leaders during their time in the museum.
Each student dedicates time to research an influential person who is living or deceased, write a paper, as well as memorize a speech in the first person point of view. They came dressed as their person and came to life with the press of a button to tell their audience who they were and how they impacted society.

This is always a fun event on campus and we look forward to it each year! Thank you, third graders, for the fun and adorable history lesson.
Hartfield Academy is fully accredited by both the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS), the MidSouth Association of Independent Schools (MAIS), the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) and the Southern Association of independent Schools (SAIS).
