Meet Hartfield’s Curriculum Team

At Hartfield Academy, one of the things that sets us apart is our commitment to equipping teachers with the tools and training they need to teach every subject through the lens of a Biblical worldview. A dedicated group of leaders, the Curriculum Team, works behind the scenes to make this possible. Their mission is simple: to support teachers so that students experience both academic excellence and spiritual formation in the classroom.
This year’s Curriculum Team includes:

The Curriculum Team meets weekly to pray over and review Hartfield’s curriculum, ensuring that every subject is taught with both academic rigor and Biblical truth. Their work includes developing and reviewing standards, lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments while also analyzing standardized testing results to help teachers understand student growth and identify areas of support. In addition, the team offers professional development to equip teachers to confidently teach from a Biblical perspective and provides resources to address different learning needs, all while fostering spiritual growth in students.

Ultimately, they ensure that students receive a cohesive, Christ-centered education from K3 through graduation. They are partners in helping every student fulfill their God-given purpose!
